We’re Going Virtual
Dear Valued Inside Health Family,
We hope this message finds you in great health and high spirits. We have some big news to share about our nutrition and chiropractic services, and we couldn’t be more excited about it!
First, let’s talk about the new direction our nutrition work is going. Starting immediately (9/10/2023), Dr. Lauren is only offering virtual nutrition appointments. Katie will still be seeing patients in-office through the end of the month. Then, starting the first week of October 2023, we will be completely virtual for nutrition appointments.
We have found this to be incredibly convenient for our current virtual patients and it will save you time and money on your commute. Our two biggest concerns through this transition was to ensure that we can provide the results you expect while also being able to focus on our top value which is Family. This is the perfect solution for both.
But here’s the best part: Inside Health isn’t going anywhere! We’re not closing down; we’re simply evolving into a virtual healthcare business. Our phone number, emails, and website will all remain the same. We’ll also be ramping up our communication with you through email newsletters and informative webinars.
Now, you might be wondering how virtual appointments work. Dr. Lauren has been using virtual nutrition testing for several years, and now it is becoming more mainstream. When we attend seminars, such as one recently hosted by the supplement company CellCore, they are full of other doctors, nutritionists and health coaches who are successfully using virtual nutrition testing techniques. Rest assured, the care and clinical results you receive will be just as effective as with our in-person visits. These 10-minute sessions can be conducted via webinar or phone, all streamlined through our new user-friendly online software.

You will first get an email to set up your own account. Before each appointment, you will receive an email with a link to your webinar visit. If you prefer a phone call, just let us know. All necessary paperwork will be emailed to you, with most forms easily fillable online.
To show our appreciation to current in-office patients through this transition, we’re offering a special promotion. From now through September 30th, we are taking 10% off the purchase of any new nutrition testing package (sold in increments of 12, 24, or 36 visits).

Now, let’s talk about chiropractic care. The last day for chiropractic services at Inside Health will be Thursday, September 28th, 2023. After nearly 14 years, thousands of patients, and tens of thousands of adjustments, Dr. David is excited to focus on family along with writing and research.
Going forward, we are encouraging all of our chiropractic patients to visit Dr. David Hughes and Dr. Michael Hughes at Gateway Family Chiropractic. These two exceptional professionals were voted Best of Loveland in 2020 and Best of NOCO in 2021. You’ll be in great hands!
As a special offer for Inside Health clients, Gateway Family Chiropractic is offering a comprehensive orthopedic and neurologic examination involving x-rays and a detailed posture analysis with an orthotic evaluation for only $64 (usually $279). For our chiropractic membership holders, all charges and payments will continue as usual through September 15th. No charges will be made after that date. Anyone currently on a membership can still receive chiropractic care as usual through the end of the month.
For any patients who have prepaid care packages that will not be fully used before the end of the month, we are happy to convert it into a credit that you can use for nutritional services or supplements, or you can request a refund that will be sent out within two weeks.
In closing, we want to express our deep gratitude for allowing us to serve you and your loved ones, many of you for several years. Your trust and support mean the world to us, and we cherish every one of you.
