Dr. Lauren is amazing... over the last 10+ years I have randomly shown up with some sort of issue and in a matter of no time, she has pinpointed my problem and got me on the path to the right recovery. Dr. Lauren Kolowski is amazing doctor / Nutrition Response Therapist (NRT)! I’ve been seeing her for over ten years now! She has helped with with numerous ailments, ranging from minor to very serious, some of which allopathic medicine would have gone a more invasive route with little or no results. Dr. Lauren is extremely competent and is very quick. I truly believe that had I not seen Dr. Lauren, my health would have taken a drastically different turn.

Just had my first virtual visit with Katie, and although I was skeptical at first how the online version of a visit would go - I logged off feeling the same comfort, motivation and love from her as I did in person. I don't know how they work their testing magic, but somehow, it really does work!

Inside Health is my go to for my entire family. I've been working with Dr. Lauren for the last 2 years and she's helped me tremendously with chronic pain (I hiked the Grand Canyon Rim to Rim 1 year after starting my program), and auto-immune thyroid problems in which I no longer take medication. Doctor Lauren is amazing! Her and her staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and quick to respond. I recently finished the standard process 21 day cleanse and I feel great. I have more energy, I am not as tired and sluggish, the brain fog is gone and I am sleeping better. I should also mention I lost 10 pounds and dropped 1” in my waist and 1/2” in my thighs. I’ve also have trained myself to eat healthier, such as more veggies and non processed foods vs sugar. I would definitely recommend Doctor Lauren and the 21- Day cleanse!
